• Any art work submitted for sale must be owned or copyrighted by you. Any litigations arising from the display on our site or subsequent sale of your work are your sole responsibility.
• By submitting your images, you explicitly give us the right to display your work in this site without further compensation of any kind from PictureWorld.
• We reserve the rights to reject images deemed unsuitable for display in the Public's Marketplace for any reason whatsoever.
• Images accepted are displayed in the Public's Marketplace for a maximum of 30 consecutive days but may be taken off the site without prior notice at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
• You may submit a maximum of 10 images to be displayed in the Public's Marketplace.
• Please limit each image file size to 150 KB. We reserve the rights to reduce your image size or resolution.
• We will try to accomodate as many requests as possible but we make no promise as to the timing of display.
• You should provide enough information so potential buyers or users of your images can contact you directly. Your submission will be rejected if you do not provide adequate information.
• We may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then-current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
