- Q. How long will my order take?
A. We will ship your order within 24 hours if the print is in stock. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship it within 1 week of receiving your order.
- Q. Does the price include shipping and handling charge?
A. Shipping and handling charge is not included. Please add $8.00 for each order regardless of the number of prints in the same shipment.
- Q. How is the order shipped?
A. Shipment is by USPS first class mail. Shipment by UPS or FEDEX is available at extra cost.
- Q. What is actually meant by "Limited Edition"?
A. By "Limited Edition", we meant that each print is limited to 5,000 or less copies. Once 5,000 copies are sold, that print will no longer be available for sale.
- Q. What is the medium?
A. High quality print mounted on a soft board.
- Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you are not completely satisfied, just return the prints in their original package and we will issue a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling charges on the outbound and on the return bound are not refundable.
- Q. Are the prints signed?
A. Unfortunately the artist cannot sign these prints, because they were made after his death. A Certificate of Authenticity is included with every print.
- Q. What would you do with the information I provide on the submission form?
